General:
- Fixed problem with generation of the eve settings path
- Preparations to refining and survey scanner support.

Planet Manager Changes:
- Added possibility to setup planet manually and as a result use higher planet zoom levels

If you enable this function you should not go AFK. Bot will ask you to point out extractors. You should click each extractor with right mouse button to open menu with "SHOW INFO" text. Manual setup will be finished when you click command center. Dont click the same extractor twice, this will add a clone of extractor in records and break the execution of this extractor in extractor update phase.

- Added separated timers for each planets, so people who use 30m extractors update interval will start next round for each planet faster.
- Most of timers will accept speed tweak parameter in custom settings. Also script will work faster with default speed.
- Added 4th and 5th timers to be able to start several characters of the same account in separated time with 5h extractors update cycle.

Deliverer:
- Fixed bug with min cargo (%). Deliverer will not load cargo if cargohold already loaded for more then min cargo (%)
