INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS

Our products are digitally distributed and can be downloaded any time from download section.
Downloaded products work with a trial license. The trial license of the product can be used to test its functionality before purchase.
Trial mode is fully functional but there is a 2 hour usage time restriction each time the program is run.
To enable the full version of the product you should purchase and register a full version license.

1. LICENSE PURCHASE

To purchase a license you should create an account on the site. Upon registration, you must accept the Terms and Conditions.

Login to the site under your account, go to the shop, select the license(s) you want to purchase and place them into the cart ("add to cart").
If you have a coupon, add coupon code into the field and click submit.
Check that contents of the cart corresponds to selected product and click checkout.
On the next screen you can select the payment method between PayPal, ROBOKASSA or manual payment using coupon code (if you have one).
To create the order proceed to the next screen ("next"), add a comment to the order if necessary and click confirm order.
Now the order is created you can use it to purchase a license via the selected payment processor. Follow the instructions for the payment processor.
To review the status of your orders you can go to your personal area.
As soon as the status of your order becomes "confirmed" you can get the full version license (see p.2).
The amount of time before your order becomes confirmed depends on the payment method you selected during the purchase.
Manual payment orders can take up to 5 business days to confirm.
If you have problems with payment send a note to adminmail with the details of your payment and result.

2. LICENSE ACTIVATION

License activation is the next step you should do to start the program in full version mode.
To activate your license, please follow the steps described in our video tutorial.
License activation information can also be found in online manual and forums.

3. SUPPORT

We offer free support for all of our products. Before you ask for support please make sure that you are using the latest version of the program and have read the knowledge base. Many of your questions are answered here.
History of changes and versions of the programs are available in our news section of the forum.
If you have any questions please contact us in live chat or use the contact form. To report bugs, describe your problem in our support section of the forum and attach log files.

4. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for any of our products. If you wish to get a refund of your purchase, please use contact form on the site with the subject "refund". Please point out the order number that you want to be refunded and your contact details (first name, last name, registered nick name, e-mail or phone number). The refund will be available in 3 business days maximum.

Update: There is no built-in refund functional in ROBOKASSA available. Please select PayPal if you pay for the first time.
